1. c. Do homes sell through media advertising? Media advertising brings in less than 5% of sales, meaning less than 5% of the buyers who call on a particular ad of a particular house buy THAT house. Advertising primarily builds name recognition for the company and is used to impress most sellers.
2. c. Will holding open house sell your home? Chances are not great that opening your home to prospective buyers will result in a sale. Less than 3% of lookers buy the open house. Agents hold open house to please sellers and to prospect for buyers.
3. b. Are property signs effective in attracting buyers? Property signs will generate some good calls and about 10% of homes are sold because the buyer noticed that sign and called the agent.
